Louisiana cafe

The Louisiana Cafe is ready with a new concept in connection with the reopening of the museum. There will now be table service and an à la carte-menu as well as seating for inside, which will be organised from The Conservatory. See hours and menu below.

All proceeds from the Louisiana Cafe go directly to support the museum's many activities: exhibitions, maintenance, guided tours, teaching, the Children's Wing and more.

Please note, that it is not currently possible to book a table before your visit.

LUNCH MENU

Lunch is served in the cafe between 12 and 16. Choose between a delicious selection of dishes such as cold smoked salmon, beefe tartare and salad with Romain lettuce, chickpeas and beluga lentils. Read lunch menu below.

DINNER MENU

In the evening, the cafe offers an à la carte menu of starters, main courses and dessert. Enjoy a variety of scallops, veal steak and lemon sole paupiette both served with new potatoes. Dinner is served from 18-21.

THE NEW CAFE CONCEPT

Louisiana Cafe has adapted to the new times and guidelines, and that means more space between the tables and that dining guests are given preference for available seats. At the same time, we are introducing a new, simple à la carte menu for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast service.

Inside, the cafe will operate like a restaurant with assigned seating. Guests will be shown to a table by the staff, and thus you cannot take a free table yourself. Seating takes place in the winter garden, which will serve as a waiting area if all the tables are occupied. You order, eat and pay at the tables, and the servers will provide everything you need and clean up afterwards.

Outside, you can still seat yourself at the tables according to the first-come, first-served principle. Here too, you order, eat and pay at the tables, and the servers take care of everything and clean up so that the next guests can safely take over the tableIf it starts to rain, unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee a table inside if the tables there are occupied.

A SPECIAL SUMMER SPOT

The Louisiana Cafe has opened up a special summer spot in The Sculpture Park offering snacks along with hot and cold beverages. Here you can enjoy a sandwich with smoked salmon or grilled courgette with chili hummus together with a selection of cakes, beers, wine, coffee and more. You can find it just outside The Shop across from The Park Stage.
