DANISH BUFFET
New menu every week – based on contemporary Danish cooking. All items in the buffet are freshly prepared and well matched, so you can put together your lunch or dinner according to how much and how healthy you'd like to eat – should you prefer fish, meat, both, or vegetarian. The meat, poultry and produce is seasonal and often comes from local quality suppliers.
Lunch buffet: 12:00 - 15:00
Dinner buffet: 17:30 - 20:30

RUGBRØDSMADDER - OPEN FACED SANDWICHES
Rye bread sandwiches topped with salmon, heering, sliced meat, potato, paté and the likes are a token of the Danish lunch cuisine. The Café has reinterpreted this tradition and offers a selection of larger than usual "rugbrødsmadder" on fresh home-baked rye bread. 

Individual dishes such as soups are developed and prepared from scratch by the Cafe’s talented chefs, and the bread is freshly baked, naturally.


GOURMET COFFEE
Our coffee is brewed with fresh-roasted beans from the Kontra micro-roasting company. The carefully selected Brazilian beans yield a coffee with a rich, nutty taste. The beans are ground only when the coffee is about to be brewed in a filtering method that brings out the full aroma.

BAKED GOODS EXUDING GENUINE CRAFTSMANSHIP
Supplied by the Reinhard van Hauen family bakery, the legendary butter scones and fresh-baked pastries are always on the menu, while a tempting variety of cakes follows the seasons.
