TurbinegenerationThe collaboration with TATE continues, however, Turbinegeneration is right now being replanned and more information will follow soon. COLLABORATION is also the theme for Turbinegeneration in the fall 2012. The project pack is based on situations and happenings rather than objects as the British artist, Tino Sehgal was comissioned to do the Turbine project in 2012. The founding idea of the project pack is to encourage collaboration taking the students’ own everyday as a point of departure. Through an exchange of photo documentation or films, the project pack invites the students to work with art in experimental ways and exchange their outcomes with partner schools in other countries. 30 young people, at the age of 18-22, met up in August 2012 to attend Louisiana’s firsti International summercamp. All participants are part of the collaboration called Turbinegeneration and they come from Denmark, Great Britain, Holland and Portugal. Watch the video and learn more about the project!
