During Winter break the Childrens' Wing offers these activities - based on the exhibitions 'Warhol - Early Drawings' and 'Louisiana Contemporary - Tara Donovan'.

Draw your own Warhol figure: The staff at Childrens' Wing will create a badge for you to bring home.

Warhol workshop
Newspapers, fashion magazines, photographs, and life in the big city was the focus of Andy Warhol's early drawings. Try out for yourself to create pictures and do your own drawings on the light table.

Painting studio
Try out two different artists' painting methods. Play with colors and figures in Asger Jorn's eksperimenting painting style. Or see and try out how Jean Arp's black&white colors can create funny shapes.


 

 




Clay studio
Artist Jean Arp shaped her figures after nature's forms such as stones, plants, animals and humans. See and try out how looking holes are formed in the figures creating new spaces in the figures.




 




Collage studio
Mix random forms and plant-like patterns into fine Jean Arp collages. Rip, cut, and glue pieces of paper into layered figures.


The Flying Carpet for 3-6 year olds - daily 12-12.30.

Be an art detective
and experience Tara Donovan's universe with magnifying glass and measuring tape.
